Privacy notice
What we collect when you read the site or send a form, why, who sees it, how long we keep it, and how to change your mind.
Who we are
InvestmentsGeorgia is operated from Tbilisi, Georgia. The legal entity, its registration number and address are stated in the site footer once registered and are available on request.
What we collect
- Forms. What you type: name, contact details, sector, ticket, timing and your message. We also record the page you sent it from, the referring site, campaign tags, your country and language, and an analytics client id so we can see which pages lead to real requests.
- Analytics, with consent. Google Analytics 4 in Consent Mode and Microsoft Clarity session recordings with every form field masked. In the EU, UK, EEA and Switzerland nothing runs until you allow it; elsewhere analytics runs unless you decline. No advertising cookies.
- Server logs. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard request logs for security.
Why
To reply to you, to make the introduction or provide the counsel you asked for, to send the Briefing you subscribed to, and to improve the pages investors use.
Who sees it
- Us. Requests are handled personally by the founder.
- One partner, only if you ticked the box asking for an introduction, and only the details needed to reply to you. The partner may not pass them on.
- Service providers who process data for us: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database, EU region), Resend (email delivery), Google and Microsoft (analytics, with consent).
How long
Requests: 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted. Briefing subscriptions: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: Google Analytics 14 months, Clarity per its retention policy.
Your choices
Ask to see, correct or delete what we hold, object to any use, or withdraw analytics consent at any time with the Cookies link in the footer. Write to the contact address in the footer; we reply within five working days.
Cookies and storage
Google Analytics: _ga and _ga_* (with consent). Microsoft Clarity: _clck and _clsk (with consent). Our own: a single stored value that remembers your cookie choice. Nothing else.
