InvestmentsGeorgia exists because serious investors kept arriving in Georgia with a brochure and leaving with a problem: unsourced numbers, rules quoted from memory, and advisers who were also sellers. This is the independent alternative.
What the hub does
It covers every sector in Georgia with real capital demand: property, hospitality, energy and technology now, with agriculture and wine, logistics, manufacturing and finance as intelligence until a partner is signed. It quotes the tax regimes as the Code writes them and the data as Geostat and the National Bank publish it, with the source and the date on every figure.
When an investor wants to act, we make one introduction to a partner we have checked, or take the engagement ourselves as private counsel. Property buying runs through our property brands, which are part of the same network and disclosed as such.
How we work
- Every figure carries its source and date. Where sources differ, we name the basis of each.
- Every rule is quoted from the text, with the article. Where practice differs, we say so and date it.
- One introduction, named, protected. Never a list, never resold.
- Paid and editorial never mix. Placements are labelled; scores are not for sale.
