How we earn
Four revenue lines, each disclosed on the page where it applies. None of them touches a score, a ranking or a figure.
Introductions, paid by the partner
When you ask for an introduction and we make one, the partner pays us a referral fee or a share of their own fee. You pay nothing. We introduce one partner, named, and the partner may not resell the lead. The fee is the same whichever partner we choose, so it cannot steer the choice.
Private counsel, paid by you
If you want us on your side of the table, the engagement is a fixed fee stated before we start: a memo for one decision, a defined engagement through a transaction, or a monthly retainer. While we act for you we take no fee from any partner on that matter.
Featured placements, paid by firms
A firm can pay to be labelled Featured in a ranking, a sector page or a Briefing issue. The label is visible, the position in the ranking is unchanged, and the score is computed by the same method as every unpaid firm.
The Investor Circle
Free at launch, by application. If we introduce a fee later, it will be announced to members first and applied only to new members.
What we never do
- Take a fee from both sides of the same matter.
- Change a figure, a score or a ranking for money.
- Share your details with anyone you have not asked us to introduce.
- Sell property. Property buying runs through our property brands, which are disclosed as part of the same network.
