Developers, operators, law firms, accountants and banks: how introductions, Featured placements and opportunity submissions work, and what they cost.
Introductions
We send you one named investor at a time, with the sector, the ticket and the timing already qualified. You pay a referral fee or a share of your own fee, agreed in writing before the first introduction. Leads are protected: we do not send the same investor to a second firm in your category for twelve months, and you may not pass them on.
Featured placements
A labelled placement in a ranking, a sector page or a Briefing issue, billed monthly or per issue. The label is visible, your position in the ranking is unchanged, and the score is computed by the same method as every unpaid firm. Investors can see the disclosure on every page where it applies.
Submit an opportunity
Send the title, permits and contracts. We and an independent lawyer read them. If the opportunity passes, it is published without your name or the exact location, the memo goes to Circle members, and introductions follow on the terms above. If it does not pass, we tell you why, privately.
Rate card
Rates depend on the category and the sector. Ask and we send the current card the same day, with the agreement template.
